(e.g., grains, pulses, flours, millets, spices, oils, ghee, honey, packaged snacks)
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A product is eligible for return, replacement, or refund in these cases:
- Damaged in transit or leaking (outer carton damaged, torn, wet, or product broken/leaking)
- Wrong product or quantity received
- Expired or near‑expiry product
- Quality issue (clumped, infested, foul-smelling, not fit for consumption)
- Order significantly different from the description, weight, or website image
- Change of mind (if allowed), only for unopened, unused items in original, saleable condition
Return Window (Time Limits)
- Damaged / leaking / short shipment: Report within 24 hours of delivery (share photos).
- Wrong/expired / not-as-described / quality issues: Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of mind (if allowed): Request within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and unused.
Requests outside these periods may not be accepted, except where required by law.
Conditions for Accepting Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- Product must be in its original packaging, with labels and batch number visible (unless the packaging is damaged).
- Product should not be heavily used or consumed; reasonable inspection allowed.
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/video of packaging, product, labels, and visible defects
- Return all gifts, samples, or bundled items if the original item is returned.
Final decision on acceptance rests with Yakulaas Co upon inspection.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Our Fault (damage, wrong item, expired/defective, not as described):
- We bear the return shipping cost. Reverse pickup where possible, or reimbursement for reasonable courier costs on receipt.
- Change of mind (if allowed):
- Customer pays return shipping. Delivery charges are not refunded.
Details will be shared by our team upon approval.
Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used food products (unless defective)
- Products with tampered or missing seals, labels, or packaging
- Items returned after the applicable return period
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence after delivery
- Items marked as “Non‑returnable” or “Final Sale.”

- Our team reviews and approves/rejects; you’ll get a reverse pickup schedule or return address.
- Pack securely in original/strong box and include invoice or note with your contact/order details.
Refunds – Method & Timelines
- Approval: We will notify you if your refund/replacement is approved or rejected after product inspection.
- Refund method: Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method or as store credit.
COD orders are refunded to the bank/UPI details you provide. - Timelines: Typically 2–3 business days for approval; 5–7 business days for refund to reflect.
Replacements / Exchanges
Where possible, you may choose a replacement for:
- Damage in transit
- Wrong item/short shipment
- Defective/quality issues
Subject to stock availability. If not possible, a refund will be issued as per above.
Order Cancellations
- Before dispatch: Contact us ASAP for cancellation; full refund if not packed/dispatched.
- After dispatch: Cancellation not possible. Either refuse delivery (courier dependent) or request a return after delivery (if eligible).
No cancellation fee unless explicitly mentioned.
Organic Product Characteristics (Important)
- Organic/natural products may vary in color, size, aroma, or may contain natural elements (husks, stones, or small insects even after cleaning in rare cases.
- Minor variations that don’t affect quality or safety are not defects.
- Please contact us for serious issues with photos, and we’ll assist promptly.
