Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting customer service.
 - After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
 
Returns
- Due to the nature of food products (grains), returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
 - Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately.
 
Refunds
- Refunds apply only to eligible returned products.
 - Once the return is received and verified, a refund to the original payment method occurs within 7 business days.
 - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Return Process
- Contact customer support within 48 hours for a return authorization.
 - Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
 - Use the original packaging and shipping label for returns.
 
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please place a new order for any different items.
